请求参数

| from_address | string | 是 | 需要归集的项目地址，地址禁用状态不允许归集 |

| amount | string | 否 | 归集金额，不传默认归集地址所有资金 |
| nonce | string | 是 | 6位随机字符串 |
| timestamp | integer(int64) | 是 | 时间戳 |
| sign | string | 是 | 签名串 |
